Turki Alalshikh Gathers Boxing’s Elite In AI Image

Turki Alalshikh used a new social media post to send a familiar message about power in boxing. The Saudi dealmaker shared an AI-generated Peaky Blinders-style image showing himself at the front of a group of suited figures that appeared to include Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua, and several of the sport’s leading promoters.

This image post is a masterclass in psychological branding. By leaning into the Peaky Blinders aesthetic, Turki Alalshikh is promoting a fight and positioning himself as the “head of the family” who finally brought order to the chaotic landscape of heavyweight boxing.

This post feels like a definitive “mission accomplished” statement following the news. With Joshua set to face Kristian Prenga in July as a tune-up after his long layoff, and Fury fresh off his win against Arslanbek Makhmudov, the path to November is finally clear.

The black-and-white image placed Turki in the middle, wearing a flat cap and long coat, while the others stood around him on a cobblestone street. The post used Nick Cave’s Red Right Hand, adding to the gangster theme that made the image spread quickly among boxing fans.

While the image is stylized, the figures surrounding Alalshikh are easily recognizable to the seasoned boxing observer.

Many followers immediately began trying to identify the figures. The tall man behind Turki was widely taken to be Fury, while the athletic figure on the far right looked like Joshua. Others appeared to resemble Eddie Hearn, Frank Warren, and veteran promoter Bob Arum.

By using AI to create this stylized “family photo,” Turki has basically branded himself as the only person capable of putting these massive egos in the same room (and on the same cobbles). It’s a bold way to remind the boxing world that while the fighters provide the action, he’s the one providing the architecture.
