Quinn Cook became a fan favorite at Duke because he played hard, was a charismatic leader, and loved being a Blue Devil.

At just 6-2, and relatively slight of build, a long NBA career was always going to be difficult. There just aren’t many small players in the NBA anymore (it’s funny to call a guy who is 6-2, well above average height, small, but there you go).

He struggled to latch on, and didn’t have a long career, but his teammates repeatedly showed respect for him and his work ethic, and everyone seemed to pull for him. He was very popular with the guys he played with. And the only former Blue Devil who also has two NBA rings is Shane Battier.

Here are some of his better NBA highlights. He is quick and elusive, but as noted, his size probably worked against him.
