WIMBLEDON finalist Amanda Anisimova stole the show on the Laureus Awards red carpet.

The American tennis star, 24, enjoyed the best season of her career in 2025.

She reached the Wimbledon final, losing 6-0 6-0 to Iga Swiatek in a one-sided thrashing, but bounced back to reach the final of the US Open just two months later.

There, Aryna Sabalenka came out on top.

And the pair were both at their brilliant best on the glitzy night in Spain on the eve of the Madrid Open tennis tournament which starts on Tuesday.

Anisimova rocked a very daring silver strapless dress with her hair tied up and white heels.

And her stunning outfit went down a storm on social media.

The WTA posted pics of the world No6 on X and tagged them: “The Amanda SHOW!”

One fan replied: “She’s a gorgeous hun.”

Another supporter wrote: “Adore her! Beautiful woman in the best dress!”

A third added: “Winner on and off the court.”

A fourth commented: “She looks lovely. She has a very pretty face and her dress suits her imo.”

A fifth typed: “Elegant as usual.”

And a final user simply beamed: “Just WOW.”

Sabalenka also looked the part as she shone in a dark, sparkling dress to the annual ceremony.

And her trademark smile was on display for all to see as she picked up the Sportswoman of the Year award after keeping her No1 ranking throughout 2025 and adding another US Open.

Fellow tennis ace Carlos Alcaraz collected the men’s award after his epic French Open and US Open titles over Jannik Sinner to reclaim the No1 ranking.

The tennis dominance continued with Novak Djokovic hosting the Laureus World Sports Awards at the Cibeles Palace alongside skier Eileen Gu.

Olympic legends Simone Biles, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Jessica Ennis-Hill all dazzled in dresses while footballers Xavi Hernandez, Iker Casillas, Toni Kroos and Lamine Yamal all scrubbed up in style.

Other winners on the night included PSG (team of the year), Lando Norris (breakthrough of the year), Rory McIlroy (comeback of the year), Yamal (young sportsperson of the year) and Kroos (sporting inspiration award).
