Napoli considering Hojlund approach
Napoli are open to including an obligation to buy in a loan deal for Manchester United forward Rasmus Hojlund, according to Sky in Italy.
AC Milan failed to convince Hojlund to join them because they were only offering a loan with an option to buy. He wanted more certainty over his future.
Napoli had been proposing a similarly structured deal initially; however, they have opened up to including a mandatory buy option.
Sky in Italy report that Hojlund is head coach Antonio Conte’s top priority and Napoli are ready to make a significant investment in the striker.
Wrexham land key transfer target
Wrexham have confirmed the signing of Callum Doyle from Manchester City in a deal worth up to £8m.
Sky Sports News understands the Championship side will pay an initial £5m fee with £3m in add-ons.
The 21-year-old has signed a four-year deal at the club.
England U21 star set for transfer
Bologna have agreed deal with Marseille for Jonathan Rowe.
The England Under-21 striker was made available for sale following a bust-up with team-mate Adrien Rabiot, who has also been transfer listed.
Rowe only made his loan stay permanent this summer but is set to make a £15million move to Serie A.
Eze missing from Palace squad
Eberechi Eze has been left out of Crystal Palace’s squad to face Fredrikstad FK in the Conference League tonight.
He is closing in on a move to Arsenal after picking the Gunners over Tottenham.
Manager Oliver Glasner confirmed he would not be playing and does not know whether he will be at Selhurst Park tonight.
Forest closing on another signing
Nottingham Forest are closing in on Douglas Luiz, who has been undergoing a medical today.
The deal could be wrapped up within the next 24 hours.
Luiz flew into the UK this morning from Turin.
Forest agreed to an initial loan deal with Juventus, which could become an obligation if certain clauses are triggered.
Leeds chase Premier League star
Leeds United are interested in Bournemouth defender James Hill.
Hill has just one year left on his current deal and is admired by Leeds boss Daniel Farke.
The 23-year-old plays predominantly as a centre-back but can also cover at right-back.
Leeds are looking to sign a full-back before the window closes.
They were progressing in talks with Leicester to sign James Justin until he picked up an injury on the weekend.
