We have a fun episode of The Dunker Spot coming your way!
First, Nekias Duncan and Steve Jones continue with their Conference Finals analysis! The Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs will play a Game 7 this weekend — the first we’ve seen in the Western Conference Finals since 2018!
They discuss the biggest storylines, adjustments from Game 5 to Game 6, and the potential counterpunches we may see in a pivotal Game 7. From there, Nekias gets #BigMad and lets off steam about the recent rounds of award voting.
Finally, the guys shift to the WNBA to bounce around! They salute the league-best Minnesota Lynx, headlined by Rookie of the Year frontrunner Olivia Miles, a trio of former All-Stars (Natasha Howard, Courtney Williams, Kayla McBride), and the two-way production of veteran newcomer Nia Coffey.
Props are also given to the Dallas Wings, winners of four of their last five since their headline-grabbing loss to the Lynx a couple of weeks ago.
The show closes with the guys sharing the games they’re most excited about this weekend.
