The NHL keeps rolling with the final 10-game slate of the regular season. Tuesday night features the Columbus Blue Jackets and Calgary Flames, who try to keep their playoff hopes alive for one more night.

Monday night was quite chaotic. Montreal could have clinched a spot but lost in a shootout, and now St. Louis has lost three straight games, allowing Calgary to hang around in the Western Conference playoff picture.

What will happen next?

NHL Betting Picks for April 15 Games

Devils (-142) vs. Bruins (+120)

The New Jersey Devils do not play well against the Boston Bruins. That is a fact. Despite an early-season 5-1 win, the feeling was that New Jersey would lose against them at home last week. It is precisely what happened last Tuesday in a 7-2 rout in which David Pastrnak hit the 100-point mark on the NHL season.

The Devils have looked out of sync since defeating the New York Rangers on April 5th. Dougie Hamilton will not return until the weekend at the earliest, but New Jersey could use his presence dearly on the ice. Four goals in their last three contests and facing the Bruins is not exactly a recipe for success. Even in a down year, Boston could go out on an up note here.

Poking around the ATS numbers reveal a few simple truths. Keep it simple and instead pivot to David Pastrnak scoring a goal at +145 on DraftKings. If one feels adventurous enough, Boston is still +118 to win outright on BetMGM.

Pick: David Pastrnak anytime goal at +145 via DraftKings

Blue Jackets (-142) vs. Flyers (+120)

The Columbus Blue Jackets are still alive in the Eastern Conference playoff chase. Thank the Chicago Blackhawks and a 4-3 shootout win for that. Now, can Columbus find a way to win on the road against the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday night? It is not as easy as it sounds.

Philadelphia has been playing better of late. The Flyers are 5-3-2 in their last 10 games, two points behind the Pittsburgh Penguins, and they are getting out of the division basement.

Columbus is 13-23-4 on the road, and its four-game winning streak includes a 4-1 road win against the resting Washington Capitals. However, playing Philadelphia is a different animal. Brad Shaw is 5-1-1 since taking over for John Tortorella. Four of the Flyers’ previous five games have been decided by one goal.

Take the draw in 60 at +390 on FanDuel, as this may require a little extra time.

Golden Knights (-115) vs. Flames (-105)

The Calgary Flames are still looking for a playoff spot. Consecutive wins and three straight St. Louis losses have the Flames a mere two points out with two games to play. Tonight features their game-in-hand against the Vegas Golden Knights.

Vegas has business to take care of. The Golden Knights need one more point to clinch the top spot in the Pacific Division. If Los Angeles lost in any fashion, that would also work. Los Angeles is in Seattle for the late game at 10:30 pm ET.

Again, Calgary is a solid team at the Saddledome with a 22-12-8 mark. Dustin Wolf is 19-8-4 with a 2.28 GAA and .922 save percentage at home. The Flames have one of the best home crowds in the NHL and are ripe to keep the momentum going.

Vegas did just beat Calgary in Calgary 3-2 in overtime on April 5th. However, the prospect of the elusive playoff spot figures to push the Flames over the top on Tuesday night.

Best Bet: Calgary to win on the moneyline -115 via BetMGM
