Naoya Inoue vs Junto Nakatani Live Results From Tokyo Dome

Naoya Inoue and Junto Nakatani meet today in the kind of fight boxing rarely gets: two unbeaten Japanese stars, both pound-for-pound names, fighting for the undisputed super bantamweight championship at the Tokyo Dome.

Inoue enters as the champion, but Nakatani is not being brought in as a name opponent. He is younger, taller, a southpaw, and dangerous enough to make this one feel different from the usual Inoue title defense.

Boxing News 24 will update this page with live results from the card as they come in. The main event has Inoue defending his WBC, WBA, IBF, and WBO titles against Nakatani in one of the biggest fights in Japanese boxing history.

The card also includes Takuma Inoue defending his WBC bantamweight title against Kazuto Ioka. That fight gives the show another major domestic title bout before Naoya and Nakatani walk out for the main event.
