Red Devils face defensive headache tonight

Ruben Amorim is likely to be without four defenders at Chelsea tonight.

Diogo Dalot, Matthijs de Ligt, Ayden Heaven and Leny Yoro are injured.

But United boss Amorim says at least one of them could “possibly” be fit for Wednesday’s Europa League final with Tottenham.

He said: “I don’t know [my team for the final]. I know the starting XI I am thinking for Chelsea, then I will see.

“Even the way we play there, against Chelsea, I will see it and it’s going to be important for the next one.”

Delap urged NOT to join Man Utd

Ipswich striker Liam Delap has been advised against signing for Manchester United.

Delap is at the centre of a multi-club transfer scramble following relegation.

And United have been strongly tipped to lead the way for the 22-year-old.

But ex-England and Aston Villa frontman Gabriel Agbonlahor reckons WEST HAM would be a far better option.

Agbonlahor believes the former England Under-21 ace should take time to develop his game – before risking the cauldron of a club like the Red Devils.

He said: “If I was him, I wouldn’t be going there.

“I wouldn’t stay at Ipswich, I’d go to West Ham, go and prove yourself at West Ham, the next step.

“They need a striker, Evan Ferguson will go back to Brighton, it hasn’t worked out.”
