And Florian Plettenberg has claimed that Isak recently emerged as a target.

United made an enquiry about a potential move, but Isak turned it down.

The 25-year-old currently has his heart set on a move to Liverpool.

However, the reigning Premier League champions had a £110million bid turned down by Newcastle today.
