KATE SCOTT stunned fans as she arrived on the Ballon d’Or red carpet in a jaw-dropping sparkling dress.

The hostess for the night – where Ousmane Dembele was crowned the world’s greatest player – was partnered by her ex-professional boxer husband Malik Scott at the glamorous event in Paris.

Her fans commented on the outfit, with one X user commenting: “Meaning of dressed for the occasion.”

PSG stars Joao Neves and recent transfer Gianluigi Donnarumma also stunned on the red carpet with their significant others.

Other stars in attendance include Pep Guardiola’s daughter Maria, and England Women’s boss Sarina Wiegman, who won the Best Coach award.

Chloe Kelly was also there and came fifth in the women’s Ballon d’Or race, while Leah Williamson came seventh and Allesio Russo came third.

The top prize was taken by Spain’s Barcelona star Aitana Bonmati for a third year in a row. She pipped compatriot and Arsenal ace Mariona Caldentey

Scott is an iconic fixture on CBS’s Champions League coverage.

Her appearances next to former pros Thierry Henry, Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards have become a staple of mid-week football.

Many other users commented on her towering husband Malik, making jokes about her CBS co-star Henry.

One in-joke between the two is the Frenchman’s supposed adoration of Scott, with fans joking that they can now see why he gave up on his crush.

PSG star Dembele was up against the likes of Lamine Yamal, who came second, and Raphinha, who was fifth, for the honour after a stellar season.

There were fears he wouldn’t be there in person after PSG’s clash with Marseille was moved to Monday night due to extreme weather.

However he made the trip, and looked very calm as he posed on the red carpet in a pair of shades before he picked up football’s biggest individual prize.
