JURGEN KLOPP is reportedly “ready” to take over at Real Madridwith Carlo Ancelotti expected to leave the Bernabeu at the end of April.
Klopp is allegedly “unhappy” in his new job at Red Bull after leaving the Liverpool dugout at the end of last season.
Klopp was appointed as the company’s new Global Head of Football just a few months after leaving Anfield last May.
But less than a year into his new role, Klopp is considering another move and return to management.
And he is now allegedly open to offers from both Madrid and the Brazil national team.
And the legendary Premier League gaffer could be in luck, with Ancelotti to part ways with Madrid.
According to Sky Sports, the Italian boss is set to walk away from Los Blancos after the Copa del Rey final against Barcelona on April 26.
Ancelotti cast doubt over his future as Real head coach after Wednesday’s Champions League quarter-final defeat to Arsenal, which saw his team lose 2-1 at home and 5-1 on aggregate.
Real and Barca are fighting it out for the domestic double, with Ancelotti’s side sitting four points behind Barca in LaLiga with seven games to play.
The pair meet in El Clasico on May 11 but the Italian is not expected to be in charge for the game at the Nou Camp.
The prospect of Klopp taking over has excited officials at the Bernabeu.
Club president Florentino Perez will allegedly go “all out” for a charismatic coach.
He was allegedly considered as a potential managerial candidate a few years ago but Perez did not approve at the time.
The former Borussia Dortmund boss does have a special clause that could see him cut short his contract and return to coaching.
Should he be approached by the German national team, Klopp will be allowed to quit his job at Red Bull immediately.
Ancelotti’s future has been the subject with speculation for some time, with the former Everton boss also linked with becoming Brazil manager.
