TBS and TruTV dealt with technical difficulties during the early portion of their simulcast of Game 3 between the Jets and Stars.

During the first period, the broadcast feed was cutting in and out, including for the opening goal scored by Dallas’ Roope Hintz. Fans expressed their displeasure on social media during the first few minutes of the game.

The Jets and Stars are tied 1-1 as the series shifts to the American Airlines Center. Dallas is trying to reach the conference finals for the second straight season, while Winnipeg aims to get there for the first time since 2018.

TNT broadcast issues during Jets-Stars Game 3 

Fans on social media said that TNT was experiencing broadcast issues during the first few minutes of Game 3 on Sunday.

Apparently, the feed was cutting in and out and going completely dark at certain points.

There also appeared to be an image of an empty American Airlines Center on the screen while the game was going on. Accompanying the image was a grainy audio version of the television broadcast.

Some viewers were not happy that they missed the opening goal of the game by Hintz, which occurred inside the first three minutes of the first period.

The issues were seemingly fixed by the midway point of the first period, but the blemish certainly impacted the viewing experience for the early stages of a critical game.
