The Detroit Tigers picked up their sixth win in seven tries during the month of June on Tuesday night with a 10-4 victory over the Minnesota Twins at Comerica Park. Dillon Dingler had a day, providing four hits — two of which were home runs — to power the Olde English D over its American League Central rivals.

On Wednesday, the Motor City Kitties have a chance to clinch their third-straight series win with left-hander Framber Valdez on the mound. The 32-year-old looked good in his last outing against the Seattle Mariners, in which he threw five frames of one-run ball on five hits and two walks while striking out five for his third win of the 2026 campaign.

Valdez’s previous appearance against Minnesota back on April 8 this season did not go too well. He was pounded for eight runs on 10 hits and two walks while striking out just two over five innings of work to earn his first loss in an 8-6 final.

The Twins’ starter for Tuesday night has yet to be determined as of the time of publication.
