BAYERN MUNICH have reportedly agreed personal terms with Chelsea outcast Nicolas Jackson.

The 24-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in recent weeks.

Aston Villa and Newcastle are both among the clubs rumoured to be interested.

But German outlet BILD has claimed that Bayern Munich now lead the race.

The Bundesliga giants have agreed personal terms with Jackson ahead of a proposed move.

Should Bayern and Chelsea now strike an agreement on a fee, a deal could be finalised quickly.

That would pave the way for the Blues to make a late push to sign Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United and Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig.

Both players have ignored interest from other clubs in the hope of securing a move to Stamford Bridge.

The Telegraph reports that both players are currently expected to join.

Like Jackson, Christopher Nkunku is also expected to leave Chelsea before the transfer deadline.

Head coach Enzo Maresca said last week: “Christo is with us like Nico, but it’s the same answer as Nico. We’ll see if they’re going to be here.

“It’s always better if they find a solution, as they are going to be more happy —  and the club the same.

Aston Villa were considering a move for Jackson from the West London side, but SunSport understands that is now unlikely to happen.
