The Braves were able to complete a very successful road trip out West on Sunday with a 7-2 victory over the Dodgers. Similar to Spencer Strider on Saturday, Bryce Elder was amazing on Sunday. If both Strider and Elder can be at or near this level moving forward. the starting rotation becomes another asset for the Braves.
However, Sunday also came with a bit of concern. Both Sean Murphy and Eli White were evaluated after injury scares. Eli White is in concussion protocol while Sean Murphy will have more tests on his hand. The hope is neither will be out too long at all, but it will be interesting to see if the Braves make any further roster moves on Monday.

One other somewhat interesting note from Sunday is that Braves signed Cuban pitcher Julio Robaina to a minor league deal. Robaina was apart of Cuba’s rotation in the WBC, and could be an arm to monitor in the minors.
