A host of sporting and entertainment stars are set to tee it up at Bernardus Golf for the Solheim Cup All-Star Challenge on September 10, providing a high-profile curtain-raiser to the 2026 Solheim Cup, which begins the following day.
Starting at 2pm, the event will combine entertainment and competition, giving spectators an early taste of the atmosphere ahead of Europe taking on the United States over three days at the Dutch venue.
Proceedings will begin with a Q&A on the first tee, hosted by BBC Sport broadcaster Andrew Cotter, featuring Dutch darts star Gian van Veen, two-time European Solheim Cup captain Suzann Pettersen and Dutch golfer Anne van Dam, who is serving as a Team Europe vice-captain this year.
The celebrities will then hit shots from the first tee in front of spectators before tackling a three-hole challenge played across Bernardus’ first, sixth and 18th holes, with prizes presented to the winners on the final green.
Van Veen and Pettersen will be joined by a strong British sporting contingent including former England goalkeeper Carly Telford, former England cricket captain Heather Knight, former England rugby international Anthony Watson and BBC broadcaster DJ Spoony.
Tickets to this event and the Solheim Cup itself can be bought at www.solheimcup2026.golf/tickets/
