Worrying moment Joao Pedro VOMITS on pitch after colliding with own team-mate Martinelli leaves Chelsea fans concerned

CHELSEA fans were left concerned after Joao Pedro VOMITED on the pitch following a collision with a teammate.

The incident happened during Brazil’s 3-0 World Cup qualifier win over Chile.

New Chelsea starlet Estevao opened the scoring with an amazing bicycle kick before strikes from West Ham’s Lucas Paqueta and Newcastle’s Bruno Guimaraes sealed victory.

But there were worrying scenes early on in the game when Pedro was left curled up in a ball on the floor.

The striker was smashed into by his own teammate, Arsenal’s Gabriel Martinelli, in an accidental collision.

Pedro clearly had the stuffing knocked out of him as he lay on the ground.

But after moving into a sitting position, Pedro proceeded to vomit all over the pitch.

This left Chelsea fans concerned, with the striker having had a great start to life at Stamford Bridge.

He already has five goals after a £55million move from Brighton during the Club World Cup.

And Pedro is bound to play a huge role in any Chelsea success this season.

Fortunately, the forward was able to continue and ended up playing a key pass in the build-up to Estevao’s opener.

But that didn’t stop fans from flocking the internet to express their worries.
