The NFL has some fantastic games on the docket for Week 18, with more than a handful of very meaningful matchups. It all kicks off on Saturday afternoon with an NFC North doubleheader for the ages.
Led by two-time MVP and current MVP candidate Lamar Jackson. the Ravens will take on the Browns in Baltimore to start the day. Baltimore will clinch the AFC North title with either a win/tie or a Steelers loss/tie.
Incidentally, those Steelers host the Bengals in the second half of the Saturday double-serving. Pittsburgh has already clinched a playoff spot, but could emerge with the division title with a win and a Baltimore loss. Cincinnati, meanwhile, needs to win and see the Chiefs beat the Broncos and Jets beat the Dolphins to make the postseason.
Got all that? Long story short, this is a huge day for three of the four teams in the AFC North.
Could Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry lead the Ravens to victory and bag LJax his third MVP? Will Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins complete Cincy’s 180-degree turn from its 1-4 start to the season? Can Mike Tomlin’s Steelers do the improbable once again and steal the NFC North crown at the last second?
Many of these questions will be answered on Saturday, which should be a wildly entertaining day-night doubleheader. The Sporting News has everything you need to know about the Ravens-Browns and Steelers-Bengals, including kickoff times and broadcast information.
