Travis Kelce is living large.
The Kansas City Chiefs star just scored a $20 million South Florida mega mansion, adding another jaw-dropping property to his growing real estate empire.
The new six-bedroom Bocoa Raton estate is reportedly serving as Kelce’s current “base of operations,” according to the Daily Mail.
Located within the prestigious Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club — home to a Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole golf course, a full-service marina and yacht club, clay tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center and five upscale restaurants — Kelce’s new neighborhood is as elite as it gets.
But luxury comes at a price. If the NFL star wants to hit the links, he’ll need to shell out a $210,000 initiation fee for golf membership. Or if he prefers to just socialize, that’ll still run him $75,000 for access to the club’s non-golf amenities.
Conveniently, his new digs are located just five miles from Johnny O’s gym, an indoor and outdoor training facility in Boca Raton, where Kelce has been spotted throughout the summer, lifting weights and running sprints in preparation for his final NFL season.
With a jaw-dropping price tag of $20.3 million, Kelce’s Boca Raton mansion is more than just a luxury address, it’s a full-on waterfront retreat. According to the real estate site, Redfin.com, the property boasts 100 feet of pristine shoreline along the Royal Palm Waterway, offering uninterrupted views of the exclusive Capone Island.
Inside, it’s all about sleek sophistication, from the white oak floors to a dual-island chef’s kitchen complete with a dramatic quartzite waterfall-edge bar.
Designed by P&H Interiors, the home features a breezy open layout with high-end finishes and modern tech touches, including a Crestron smart system and customized LED lighting throughout.
Two primary suites come equipped with bespoke closets, while a sprawling wraparound glass balcony offers a perfect perch for taking it all in. And if you’re entertaining? There’s a club room with a billiards table and wine storage, a covered loggia, a summer kitchen with phantom screens, and even a whole-house natural gas generator — all topped off by a 4.5-car garage for his fleet.
And when Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift comes to visit, she can rest easy knowing the community is protected by a dedicated private security force. The Royal Palm Improvement Association employs 23 State of Florida-certified armed officers who patrol the neighborhood and respond to emergencies around the clock — 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
