Tom Brady may have retired from the NFL, but his body says otherwise.
The 47-year-old football legend posted a new set of training photos on Instagram this week, and fans couldn’t stop talking about one surprising detail: his legs.
In the post, Brady stood shirtless in Hawaii, showing off his powerful physique while posing with arms crossed and legs that could rival those of a bodybuilder.
But it was his legs that stole the spotlight.
“I didn’t know legs had those muscles,” one fan wrote in the comments.
“Tom, you’re doing a great power workout for your body and your legs are like those of a professional bodybuilder,” another added.
“Physique getting better with age ,” one user wrote.
Another chimed in, “This one is in great shape.”
One more joked, “I need to get on your meal plan… you’re looking good .”
The photos, part of a partnership with fitness brand NOBULL, showed Brady mid-workout in black shorts, standing on a sunny golf course surrounded by palm trees.
Brady may be retired from professional football, but he hasn’t slowed down. He’s now a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders and serves as FOX Sports’ lead NFL analyst. He’s also behind TB12, a wellness and training company that promotes healthy living and long-term fitness.

With a body that looks more NFL-ready than ever, it’s no surprise fans are hopeful.
Despite being out of the league since 2022, Brady’s dedication remains unmatched. His last full NFL season saw him throw for over 5,300 yards and 43 touchdowns. Even now, he remains the all-time leader in passing yards, completions, and touchdowns.
