It comes after two Chelsea fans were stabbed as witnesses claimed they were chased through the streets by Napoli ultras.
The two men were out in Naples with a large group of fellow fans for Chelsea’s crunch Champions League clash with Napoli this evening.
A close friend of one of the supporters who was attacked told The Sun: “We were at one bar, had a couple of drinks, then decided to go to another bar.
“As we were walking, we turned right and then there was a group of 20 fans just shouting, asking where we were from.
“We all ran, but my mate got grabbed and started talking to them, he then got stabbed in the lower leg.
“He went to hospital and then they said he should be all fine, it was scary.”
Chelsea’s comeback victory means they avoided the play-off and qualify for the knock-out stages automatically.
As a result of finishing sixth in the league phase, the Blues could face Paris Saint-Germain, Newcastle, Monaco or Qaraba in the Last 16.
