As the New England Patriots prepare for their Sunday afternoon battle with the Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium, Jerod Mayo’s team held their final practice of the week on Friday.
On their Friday injury report, the Patriots listed only defensive tackle Jaquelin Roy (neck) as out for this week’s matchup.
However, 10 players are questionable, including defensive tackle Christian Barmore (not injury-related), safety Kyle Dugger (ankle), cornerback Christian Gonzalez (hip), offensive tackle Vederian Lowe (shoulder), safety Marte Mapu (neck), linebacker Anfernee Jennings (knee), offensive lineman Cole Strange (knee), linebacker Sione Takitaki (knee), defensive end Keion White (knee) and defensive end Deatrich Wise Jr. (foot).
Gonzalez was a new addition to the injury report on Friday, as he was limited in the final practice of the week. If he isn’t able to go, New England would be down to Marcus Jones, Jonathan Jones and Alex Austin (in his return from IR) as their top three cornerbacks. That’s far from ideal.
Wise was a full participant in the final session after being limited on Thursday.
