BRIGHTON went fifth in the Premier League after Maxim De Cuyper and Stefanos Tzimas struck to secure a 2-0 win at in-form Nottingham Forest.

The result ends Forest’s impressive recent run after Sean Dyche’s side beat Premier League champions Liverpool 3-0 last time out.

But it was Brighton in control this time as Maxim De Cuyper put the away side into the lead at the end of the first half.

And as Forest pushed for a winner, Brighton managed to nick a second in stoppage time as Tzimas capitalised on a mistake to poke home from close range.
