He has fallen down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge this summer.
The Blues have signed the likes of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap to replace Jackson.
The former Villarreal man has now agreed with the club that he will leave this summer.
Jackson, 24, has been training alone and was left out of the squad to face Bayer Leverkusen.
He only joined Chelsea in June 2023, before renewing terms with his mega extension in September.
This deal runs until 2033.
Chelsea are keen to cash in on Jackson and are hoping to receive at least double the £32million they paid Villarreal for him.
They were initially holding out for up to £80m, but that figure may have to come down now he has made his intentions clear.
The Blues believe that he is worth more than Noni Madueke, who left the club for Arsenal in a £52m switch earlier this summer.
Newcastle, Bayern Munich and clubs in Italy are all keeping tabs on the Senegal international.
Manchester United had also been linked but are unlikely to pursue a deal having agreed to sign Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig.
The Toon are likely to be interested, having already missed out on the likes of Sesko, Hugo Ekitike, Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and Delap.
A move to Bayern would see Jackson compete for a starting spot with England captain Harry Kane.
Jackson, who has 30 goals in 81 Chelsea appearances, has been training solo and not with the “bomb squad”.
