NEWCASTLE United ace Joe Willock was left sidelined when he ran out of petrol in his £200,000 Porsche.

The £80,000-a-week star was spotted by fans after the 199mph motor conked out on a roundabout.

One videoed as Willock, 26, in Newcastle training top and black joggers, filled his tank from a green petrol can.

In the clip shared online, a passer-by shouts: “Should get you to the garage.”

Willock replies: “Yeh, hopefully, otherwise I’m f*g pushing it.”

Sheepish Joe thanked fans and went on his way last Sunday. One wrote: “Hahahahah poor Joe Willock.”

Another joked: “All the money and running this car on empty.”

Others said the star’s Porsche 911 GT3 was a few hundred yards from a garage in Cowgate, Newcastle.

Earlier this year Willock’s team-mate Dan Burn was spotted helping a stranded motorist by pushing his car through the city.

Recalling Burn’s heroics, one fan quipped of Willock’s predicament: “I was expecting Dan Burn to be pushing his car down the street, and I am mildly disappointed.”

Former England under-21 star Willock joined on loan from Arsenal in January 2021 before signing permanently that August in a £25million, six-year deal.
