The New York Giants have just one game between them and the end of the 2024 regular season, which seemingly can’t come soon enough.
Though the Giants may have ruined their chances at holding the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft following their Week 17 win over the Indianapolis Colts, there’s a good chance they finish the season with a top-four selection.
On top of that, they should be in a solid standing with the NFL salary cap going into the offseason.
According to Over The Cap, the Giants are expected to have around $56.2 million in salary-cap space (14th in NFL) and $39.2 million in effective salary cap space (15th in NFL) entering the 2025 offseason.
Given the struggles of a potential 14-win season (if they lose Week 18), it’s completely up in the air whether the current regime of general manager Joe Schoen and head coach Brian Daboll will return for a fourth season.
