MO SALAH will return to the Liverpool squad for tomorrow’s Premier League clash with Brighton.
SunSport exclusively revealed last night that the Egyptian, 33, had held talks with former team-mate Jordan Henderson amid his fall-out with boss Arne Slot.

Salah has been on the bench for Liverpool’s last three Prem matches amid the reigning champions’ difficult start to the season.
After being left unused during the Reds’ 3-3 draw at Leeds last Saturday, the winger launched an astonishing rant in which he claimed to have been “thrown under the bus” – and that he no longer has any “relationship” with boss Slot.
The incredible tirade saw Salah dropped entirely from Liverpool’s travelling party for the 1-0 win at Inter Milan on Tuesday night.
According to The Times, however, Salah and Slot cleared the air enough during a face-to-face meeting at Liverpool HQ on Friday for the Kop icon to be included this weekend.

SunSport revealed on Monday that the Prem legend is a target of Saudi side Al-Hilal – with Pro League chief Omar Mugharbel subsequently confirming that Salah would be “welcome”.
The two-time Prem champion posted a solo selfie from the gym as his team-mates headed to Milan in mid-week.
He then met with Henderson, who famously left Liverpool for an ill-fated five-month spell in Saudi Arabia in 2023.
During his rant last week, Salah suggested that the Brighton match could be his Anfield farewell.
He said: “I called my mum and I told her to come to the Brighton game, it doesn’t matter if I play or not, I’m going to enjoy it.
“We’ll see what’s going to happen. But in my head I’m going to enjoy that game, if I play or not, if I’m on the bench or not because I don’t know what’s going to happen now.
“I’m just going to be in Anfield, say goodbye to the fans, go to the Africa Cup (of Nations) because I don’t know what’s going to happen when I’m there.”
Following Saturday’s match, Salah will head to Morocco to participate in AFCON with his country.
With the final on January 18, the wideman could be set for a lengthy spell away from Anfield should his country go all the way.
Salah’s return to contention this weekend does NOT mean that his issues with Liverpool have been fully resolved.
The Merseyside club’s hierarchy will look to engage with Salah’s agent Ramy Abbas during AFCON – with an exit entirely possible.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference this morning, Slot said of Salah: “The next time I speak about Mo will be with him. I see no reason why I don’t want him to stay.”
During last weekend’s rant, Salah specifically name-checked Jamie Carragher, claiming: “So tomorrow you’re going to find Carragher is going to go for me again, again, again. That’s fine.”
Appearing on Monday Night Football earlier this week, Carra didn’t hold back on his feelings regarding Salah’s conduct.
The Sky Sports pundit said: “I thought it was a disgrace what he did after the game.
“Some people have painted it as an emotional outburst, I don’t think it was.
“I think whenever Mo Salah stops in the mixed zone, which he’s done four times in eight years at Liverpool, it’s choreographed between him and his agent to cause maximum damage and to strengthen his own position.”
Carragher then went on to accuse Salah of attempting to get his manager sacked, before claiming that prior to his Liverpool transfer, the winger was best known as “the guy who failed at Chelsea”.
He then went on to row with Micah Richards about Salah on CBS Sports’ Champions League coverage, with the ex-Man City right-back calling him “petty”.
