MASON GREENWOOD could land a reunion with Marcus Rashford – after Barcelona scouts watched him fire in four goals for Marseille.
The former Manchester United star was on fire during Marseille’s 6-2 rout of Le Havre earlier this month.
And Barca scouts in the crowd were left impressed by his dazzling performance.
If they were to make a move next summer, it could see Greenwood and Rashford reunited at the Nou Camp.
A source said: “Barca could end up with two of Europe’s hottest strikers for a bargain price.”
United are entitled to 50 per cent of any sell-on fee by Marseille.

Officials at the Catalan giants have kept a close eye on Greenwood after he first left United on loan in September 2023 for LaLiga club Getafe, where he scored 10 goals and made six assists in 36 appearances to revive his career.
Last summer he signed a £26million, five-year deal at Marseille and bagged 22 goals and five assists in his first season.
But we revealed this summer how Greenwood was homesick in France despite living with his partner Harriet Robson and their two young daughters.
United academy product Greenwood was regarded as one of Europe’s hottest prospects after he broke into the United first team in 2019 as a substitute against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
He went on to score 35 goals in 129 appearances for the club.
Greenwood’s career ground to a halt in January 2022 when he was charged with attempted rape, assault and controlling and coercive behaviour.
The Crown Prosecution Service dropped the charges in February 2023.
In August 2023, United said Greenwood was leaving by mutual agreement after a six-month internal investigation into his conduct.
The striker, who has one England cap, began switching his national team allegiance to Jamaica, who he qualifies for through his parents.
But he has yet to complete the paperwork, indicating he has been encouraged that he might yet one day play again for the Three Lions.
Rashford joined Barca on loan at the beginning of the season having fallen out of favour under United manager Ruben Amorim.
Barcelona, who face Real Madrid in El Classico on Sunday, are set to sign him permanently for around £25m next summer.
