Man Utd fans fuming as Premier League release bizarre December TV picks with Red Devils facing nightmare month

MANCHESTER UNITED fans have been left fuming after discovering the club’s televised games for December.

Ruben Amorim‘s side will be hoping to put a run of results together after the resumption of the Premier League.

The Red Devils won their last league game 2-0 against Sunderland before the international break.

The result has left the club 10th in the Premier League table and within four points of the top four.

However, they will face a bizarre fixture list in December due to schedule changes with TV picks.

United will feature on live TV four times in the month – but this has seen the times they play at change.

As a result, they will have three 8pm kick-offs before Christmas.

The first game of the month against West Ham will now be played on December 4.

This will then be closely followed by the Monday night trip to the West Midlands to face Wolves on the evening of December 8.

United then have a week off between games as they then host Bournemouth at Old Trafford for a consecutive second Monday night game.

Aston Villa then welcome United to Villa Park on December 21 for a 4.30pm kick-off on December 21.

Fans have been left fuming with the schedule as they reacted on social media.

One posted: “That’s four losses right there lol”

A second commented: “Three late nights in four weekends is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.”

A third wrote: “Haven’t been on Monday night football in ages but we’ve got three in the space of about a month.”

A fourth said: “How many Mondays do they wanna give us.”

That match will be played at Old Trafford before the reverse match against Wolves on December 30.

United’s first game after the international break will be away at Anfield to face fierce rivals Liverpool.

Defender Luke Shaw has insisted that he and his team-mates are prepared for the “hostile” reception.

He told club media: “Of course, not just when you’re in the stadium, but leading into the stadium.

“You go along a one-way road kind of thing and the bus is there, and there are a lot of fans outside. It really is hostile.
