JANNIK SINNER’S rumoured love life took a new twist amid separate claims he is dating a model and Mick Schumacher’s ex-girlfriend.
The tennis star is rumoured to be dating Laila Hasanovic, who jetted to New York to watch him beat Felix Auger-Aliassime at the US Open.
Sinner, 24, booked his spot in the final of the tournament on Sunday in what will be a repeat of the Wimbledon final against Carlos Alcaraz.
Laila dated F1 star Schumacher for two years until their reported split in April this year.
She was also spotted supporting the Italian at both Roland Garros and Wimbledon this year.
Reports in Italy claimed that Sinner was able to woo the 24-year-old over their love of ice cream.
Monte Carlo ice cream shop owners Roberto and Nicoletta Stampfl have claimed the two are dating.
Nicoletta told Corriere dello Sport: “Sinner and Laila live in the La Condamine neighbourhood of Monte Carlo.
“Our shop is under their building. I really liked Laila, she’s kind, just like Jannik.
“She’s beautiful, very simple in the way she carries herself and dresses. In short, she’s a very down-to-earth girl.
“Sinner knows [a lot] about [ice cream] when he comes here, he tastes before deciding.
“But in the end, he always chooses pistachio and black cherry, his favourite.”
Sinner has previously denied their romance after claims he was spotted on a date with the Danish model.
He said: “There was no girl. I had just some business with a couple of photo shootings there.
“That’s it. Nothing else.”
But fans were then convinced of their relationship after it appeared that Laila was his phone’s background, which was spotted as he checked his phone after beating Denis Shapovalov at the US Open.
It comes after another model Brooks Nader, 28, dropped a hint that she was in fact dating Sinner.
The American model teased the bombshell while making an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Kimmel asked her if she was dating Sinner after showing a picture of her alongside comedian Stephen Colbert at the US Open.
She said: “Is this like, an interrogation?
“I’m so scared right now! Oh my god. Ask Stephen what match we were at.”
But in a hint that she wasn’t really seeing Sinner, she added: “I don’t think he was playing in that one. You’re close, you’re warm.”
Sinner has previously dated female tennis ace Anna Kalinskaya but they split in May.
