ANGE Postecoglou was left seething after an interview with BBC Sport.
The Aussie tactician had just seen his side lose 3-2 to Everton at Goodison Park.
And after the game, he faced the cameras to answer questions about his team’s performance.
However, one BBC reporter clearly riled Postecoglou, 59, up with his opening gambit.
The reporter started: “Ange, familiar story.
“What are your assessments of that performance please?”
A disgruntled Postecoglou asked:, “Familiar story?’ to which the journalist replied, “Well in terms of defeat.”
Obviously disappointed with how the interviewer began his, Postecoglou then snapped, “Yeah okay. Great way to start an interview,” before going into his team’s inefficiences.
Spurs were beaten by half-time after a disappointing 45 minutes against fellow strugglers, Everton.
At the interval they found themselves three goals down – thanks to Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Iliman Ndiaye, and an Archie Gray own goal.
Late goals from Dejan Kulusevski and Richarlison gave the score some respectability, but in truth they were well beaten.
Postecoglou’s side are now winless in six Premier League games.
The last time they did that came in January 2009, a few months on from the infamous ‘two points from eight games’ start that saw Juande Ramos given the sack.
Postecoglou is now under serious pressure himself, with chairman Daniel Levy watching on from the stands.
