MANCHESTER UNITED fans have been left raging at Alejandro Garnacho after his reaction to Marcus Rashford joining Barcelona.

The Catalan giants announced the signing of Rashford on a season-long loan with a £26million buy option yesterday.

It puts an end to his nightmare few years at Old Trafford after a fallout with manager Ruben Amorim.

Rashford, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Aston Villa, was part of the Man Utd “bomb squad” on his return to the club earlier this summer.

The 27-year-old was part of the axed group training away from the rest of the team alongside Tyrell Malacia, Antony, Jadon Sancho and Garnacho, who have all been told to find new clubs.

And the latter seemed thrilled that his “bomb squad” pal Rashford was the first to break free from Man Utd and Amorim.

Garnacho commented on Barcelona’s Instagram post that confirmed the signing, writing: “Lets gooooo.”

The reaction left several Man Utd fans annoyed, with one saying: “Get out of my club.”

Another added: “Damn United must really feel like a prison to these guys.”

A third wrote: “The lad is completely tone deaf.”

More reacted: “Can’t wait until we’re done with these rats.”

But others were less bothered, commenting: “He’s allowed to give props to his boy.”

This is not the first time Garnacho has publicly supported Rashford amid his fallout with Man Utd.

The 21-year-old winger received backlash for posing in a “Rashford No.9” Aston Villa shirt last month.

And it comes after Garnacho blasted last season as “s***” and his brother claimed he had been “thrown under the bus” by Amorim after he did not start the Europa League final.

Garnacho is reportedly prioritising a move to another Premier League club with Chelsea and Aston Villa linked.

Atletico Madrid and Napoli have also been touted as possible destinations for him.
