SKY SPORTS viewers were left in stitches at Duncan Ferguson’s blockbuster appearance on Monday Night Football.
Former Everton ace Ferguson was appearing on the show alongside regular pundit, Jamie Carragher, and host, Dave Jones.
The trio were discussing the appointment of Nuno Espirito Santo at West Ham, with Ferguson recalling how he completed his Uefa B coaching licence alongside the Portuguese coach in Scotland.
Ferguson, 53, said: “He was a fantastic coach. He was that pernickety on the detail.
“When you were doing your coaching drills, he’d move you around.
“So say if you were a centre-back and you stepped into position, he’d go, ‘You get there. You stand there, son.’
“He’d do that with every player. Even me!”
But it was what Big Dunc did while explaining that had viewers in stitches, and left host Jones startled.
To illustrate his point, Ferguson grabbed Jones by the shoulders and begun moving him into certain spots.
Jones was clearly surprised at first before eventually laughing with Carragher.
He then quipped: “That’s a lifetime ambition, being thrown around by Duncan Ferguson!”
Fans watching from home were loving Ferguson’s antics on the show, and urged Sky to get him on more often.
One fan said: “Big dunc on MNF. Absolute legend. Get him on every week.”
A second said: “Hahaha.”
A third added: “Poor Dave Jones never stood a chance.”
Another said: “Absolute legend.”
