SEVERAL supporters have whinged that the Carabao Cup draw was “rigged”.

The last 16 was drawn following Arsenal’s 2-0 win at Port Vale.

Pundits Jamie Redknapp and Michael Brown were responsible for drawing each team.

And many fans were left moaning and throwing out baseless accusations at what followed.

Some Tottenham fans were unhappy at getting Newcastle away, with one fuming: “Rigged the guy looked at the balls before picking.”

While other didn’t like the all-Welsh clash between Wrexham and Cardiff, with a social media user blasting: “That Wrexham v Cardiff game was rigged. What a s*** tie.”

Although a second disagreed: “Wrexham Cardiff is a little bit special.”

Moaning at Manchester City getting Swansea away, an Arsenal fan groaned: “City getting Swansea. RIGGED.”

The Gunners got Brighton at home, to which a Seagulls fan replied: “rigged.”

Elsewhere, Manchester United’s conquerors Grimsby got a home assignment against Brentford.

Last year’s beaten finalists Liverpool will host FA Cup winners Crystal Palace.

While struggling Wolves will have to host Chelsea.

League One Wycombe have been rewarded for reaching the last 16 with a home clash with Fulham.
