Full time – England 3-0 Wales
The final whistle is blown and Thomas Tuchel and his England players can acknowledge a job done well – and done early.
Goals from Morgan Rogers, Ollie Watkins and Bukayo Saka in the opening 20 minutes blew the Welsh away, and continued some of the fine football the Three Lions played in Serbia.

Saka’s brilliance, Rogers’ class, and solid foundations – those are the three things that saw England dominate against Wales, as Thomas Tuchel’s side ran out 3-0 victors.
He said before the game that there was no such thing as an international friendly, which means Craig Bellamy won’t be at all happy with how this played out.
England on the other hand, will be very pleased, but for an injury to Ollie Watkins who was replaced at half-time after colliding with the post.
Eight consecutive clean sheets in goal for Jordan Pickford means he has equalled the great Gordon Banks’ record in that aspect, as the Three Lions look to have built a solid defensive foundation.
Perhaps the highlight of the night, though, was a Bukayo Saka curler into the top left corner, just a taster of the kind of quality one of the nation’s most consistent performers will be bringing to the states next year.

Jordan Pickford doesn’t want to give the visitors anything more though, and urges his teammates to switch on for the set-piece.
