LUIS SUAREZ appeared to SPIT at a rival staff member while Sergio Busquets threw a punch in a huge on-pitch brawl.
The disgusting scenes occurred as Inter Miami were thrashed 3-0 by Seattle Sounders in Sunday’s Leagues Cup final.
David Beckham’s MLS outfit were second-best all over the field as they missed out on more silverware.
And things got heated at the final whistle as a massive brawl broke out.
Ex-Liverpool and Barcelona star Suarez found himself at the centre of the chaos as players collided on the pitch.
And he ended up barking at a Seattle staffer, believed to be security director Gene Ramirez.
The two got into a heated argument on the touchline.
But Ramirez then recoiled as if hit by something, with video footage appearing to show Suarez spitting at him.
The striker has a history of shocking on-field brawls, including cases of BITING both Chelsea’s Branislav Ivanovic and Italy’s Giorgio Chiellini.
Suarez received a 10-game ban for chomping on Ivanovic, while his jawing of Chiellini resulted in a four-month suspension from all football-related activity – as well as nine international matches.
He was also banned for eight games in 2011 after being found guilty of racially abusing Man United’s Patrice Evra.
However, Suarez was not the only ex-Barcelona star caught up in the heat of the moment yesterday.
Former Nou Camp pal Busquets also lost his cool as he brawled on the field.
The midfielder saw red in a collision with Seattle’s Obed Vargas and appeared to throw a punch at his rival.
Meanwhile, Miami’s Tomas Aviles also appeared to swing at Seattle’s Jackson Ragen.
While at one stage Inter’s Maxi Falcon looked to get one Sounders star in a headlock.
Reflecting on the chaos, Inter Miami boss Javier Mascherano said: “I don’t have anything to say because I was far from the acts that happened and didn’t really see.
“Obviously you never like this type of thing, but if there was a reaction, possibly there was also instigation.”
