The Red Devils clinched a dramatic late win at the Emirates Stadium to deal the Gunners a setback in the title race.
Jurrien Timber opened the scoring for the hosts on the half-hour mark before Bryan Mbeumo was gifted the equaliser by Martin Zubimendi.
Patrick Dorgu then fired Man Utd in front with a stunning strike just after half-time.
Mikel Merino thought he had salvaged a point for the Gunners in the 84th minute but Matheus Cunha scored a late winner to secure the three points.
