That estimate triggered a quick response from Moton on X.
“‘5 grand’ gmfu do yo research before you speak on me,” Moton said, dismissing Hearn’s claim and pushing back on the portrayal of his earning level.
The exchange highlights the difference between how promoters and fighters view risk and value. Hearn made clear that from his side, the fight does not yet justify major money, especially with Visioli still being developed.
