Chelsea vs Real Betis LIVE SCORE: Conference League final updates as Blues look to make history in Poland – stream FREE

Chelsea team news

Chelsea are boosted by the return of striker Nicolas Jackson after he missed the last two games of the Premier League season due to suspension.

Maresca has had more positive news in the forward areas with Christopher Nkunku back from a knock.

Romeo Lavia will be forced to miss out as Chelsea are unable to add him to their squad list for tonight’s final.

Elsewhere, Wesley Fofana, Omari Kellyman and Mykhaylo Mudryk are all unavailable.

Good afternoon and welcome to SunSport’s live blog of the Conference League final!

Chelsea and Real Betis go head-to-head in tonight’s showpiece in Wroclaw.

The Blues have already secured their spot in the Champions League next season, so there is less riding on this final than there could have been if the West London outfit lost to Nottingham Forest on Sunday and results elsewhere went against them.

That said, Enzo Maresca’s side can make history this evening by becoming the first side to win all four of the major Uefa club competitions that have existed.

Meanwhile, Premier League winner Manuel Pellegrini is looking to lead Real Betis to the first European trophy in the club’s history.

Like Chelsea, Betis’ European fate has already been sealed regardless of tonight’s result, as they finished 6th in LaLiga, which has already qualified them for next season’s Europa League.
