BRYAN Mbeumo may NOT feature at all on Manchester United’s US tour.
Cameroon ace Mbeumo was omitted from the match-day squad as United kicked off their Premier League Summer Series campaign with a 2-1 win over West Ham.
Boss Ruben Amorim has not completely ruled out the possibility of his £71m recruit featuring in the final match against Everton in Atlanta next Sunday.
But he has admitted it is possible the former Brentford man will not play until United fly back across the Atlantic.
Amorim said: “Bryan is starting slowly.
“He is not going to play in the next game (against Bournemouth in Chicago on Wednesday).
“We hope to have Bryan in the last game in the United States.
“He’s training now, so we will see.”
Mbeumo was one of FOUR first-teamers not involved as a double from skipper Bruno Fernandes secured victory in the MetLife Stadium.
This list includes Andre Onana, who is continuing his recovery from his hamstring problem.
Noussair Mazraoui was ruled out of the clash with the Hammers due to a back issue.
Joshua Zirkzee also missed the tie due to a “small issue” that left him on the sidelines.
Fernandes netted a brace in the team’s opening game against the Hammers last night.
The Red Devils will now travel the 783 miles to Chicago, Illinois, for their next match of the Premier League Summer Series against Bournemouth at Soldier Field.
United will finish their US tour against Everton in Atlanta before returning to England.
They will then face Serie A outfit Fiorentina at Old Trafford on August 9.
