TENNIS star Sir Andy Murray’s brother Jamie has divorced from his wife of 15 years — and joined celebrity dating app Raya.

Jamie — also a tennis pro who specialises in doubles — split from Alejandra Gutierrez last year.

And he has set up a new dating profile using a picture of himself playing tennis with his retired brother.

A family friend said: “It’s a really sad situation. They’re working hard to make it as amicable as possible between them at this stage.

“Jamie’s started to make moves towards meeting someone new by signing up to dating sites.”

Jamie — father to three-year-old daughter Ava — describes himself on Raya as an athlete who “travels the world playing tennis”.

He met Colombian Alejandra, then a business student, in 2008.

They married two years later in a private ceremony at Cromlix House near his hometown of Dunblane, Stirling, with brother Sir Andy as his best man.

A spokesman for Jamie, 39, said: “Jamie and Alejandra Murray divorced on August 22, 2025, having separated the previous year.

“As with any divorce, this is an extremely difficult time for Jamie and Alejandra and they would appreciate that their privacy is respected whilst they navigate their future and protect their family.”

Despite having been overshadowed by his 38-year-old brother — married to Kim Sears for ten years — Jamie has won seven Grand Slam titles himself.

They include the Wimbledon mixed doubles title in 2007 with Jelena Jankovic and again in 2017 with Martina Hingis.
