In the sixth round, Pacheco suffered a cut on the bridge of his nose, ruled a head butt by Sadjo, who uses his head when inside. Being the shorter of the two, he would come in low, throwing overhand rights and then grab Pacheco.

In the eighth round’s opening minute, Sadjo dropped Pacheco, whose right was to his side, with a left on the chin for an 8-count from referee Corona. Pacheco would manage to get through the round using his reach.

In the ninth round, Sadjo missed with a glancing right that hit Referee Corona. In the tenth round, Pacheco used uppercuts to the body.

In the eleventh round’s final minute, Pacheco landed over a dozen unanswered punches as Sadjo tied him up. In the twelfth and final round, Pacheco landed a chopping right midway as Sadjo was low and holding. Pacheco won the final round and the fight.

Scores 117-110, 116-111, and 115-112.

In the co-feature, Gabriel Flores, Jr. lost by decision to the former 2016 Olympian and IBF World super featherweight champion “The Welsh Wizard” Joe Cordina by a 12-round unanimous decision. With the victory, Cordina won the WBO International Lightweight title.

In three of the first four rounds, Cordina overpowered Flores. In the third round Flores landed his best punch a right to the chin midway in the round.

In the fifth and sixth rounds, Cordina outworked Flores. In the seventh round, Flores outlanded Cordina. In the eighth through the tenth rounds, both had their moments, with Cordina having the edge.

In the eleventh rounds final minute a right from Cordina on the chin of Flores had him hurt and in trouble as the round ended. In the twelfth and final round, Cordina was looking for the stoppage, but Flores had never been stopped. Cordina won the round against the tough Flores, but not enough for a stoppage.

Scores 117-110, 115-112, and 114-113. Edward Collantes was the referee.

2020 Olympian, former WBC featherweight champion, and current WBC Interim World super bantamweight champion Skye Nicolson dominated former WBC World bantamweight and IBF Super Bantam champ Yuliahn “LaCobrita” Luna by a 10-round unanimous decision.

In the first two rounds, the taller southpaw Nicolson used her jab and occasional left uppercuts to control the action. At the end of the third round, Luna landed a solid right on the chin of Nicolson, taking the round. In the fourth and fifth rounds, Nicholson, with the right to her side, used it to land on the body.

In the seventh round’s final seconds, Nicolson landed a solid left on the chin of Luna, backing her up a step. In the tenth and final round, Nicolson rocked Luna with a left on the chin, knocking her head back after taking another round in a winning way.

The scores were 98-92, 98-92, and 97-93.  Ray Corona was the referee.

Ernesto “Tito” Mercado stopped WBO International light welterweight champion Antonio “Tono” Moran, 31-87-1 (21) at 2:37 of the sixth round of a scheduled 10 rounds, scoring three knockdowns.

Mercado is returning to the ring after eleven months. In the first round’s final minute, Mercado landed a lead right on the chin, driving Moran into the ropes and down for an 8-count from referee Michael Margodo. In the second round, Moran had swelling under his right eye at the start and stopped boxing, but his corner told him to throw more power punches.

In the second and third rounds, Mercado outlanded Moran. In the fourth round, Mercado went to the body with powerful rights. In the fifth round, a left hook from Mercado hurt Moran. He followed with a combination to the chin, and down went Moran for an 8-count from referee Margodo with a little over a minute remaining.

Mercado went right after Moran, landing three punches ending with a right on the chin, and down went Moran for the second time in the round, with referee Margodo immediately waving it off.

Super bantamweight Arturo “Cardenas” Popoca beat Cesar Vaca Espinosa by a 10-round decision.

Cruiserweight Cheav “C4” Clarke stopped Anthony Holloway after four rounds of a scheduled eight rounds. In the fourth round, Holloway deducted a point for holding. Referee Michael Margado stopped the fight after four rounds.

Featherweight Sachery Sam defeated Brandon Medina Guerrero by a six-round unanimous decision. The judges’ scores were 58-54, 60-52, and 59-53. Edward Collantes was the referee.

Lightweight Cesar Olvera and Victor “Dinamita” Saravia to a four-round majority draw.

The scores were 40-36 Olvera, 38-38, and 38-38. Michael Margado was the referee.
