There are some still questioning whether the Buffalo Bills have done enough in their wide receiver corps this offseason.
But on Wednesday, they were presented a potential free agent gift.
The Jacksonville Jaguars released Gabriel Davis, the former Bills star.
Bills fans on social media quickly called to bring Davis back to Buffalo.
Former center Mitch Morse had this to say in a post on X:”Absolute tone setter in the locker room and on the field. PERFECT culture guy. Played hurt all last year, didn’t complain about it once… having a tough time wrapping my head around this one.”

Davis, still just 26 years old, caught at least six touchdowns in all four of his seasons with the Bills.
Jacksonville is still on the hook for part of Davis’ contract, but the Jags have clearly moved on from Davis on the field.
Davis ended the 2024 season on Injured Reserve, which probably helped lower his free agent cost.
Kind of an important part of that conversation is how soon Davis will be back from his offseason injury, which seems to be advancing on a comfortable timeline.
If Davis is healthy, he should rekindle his partnership with Josh Allen.
In his career, Davis has 183 catches for 2,969 yards. A 163-2730-27 stat line came for Davis in Buffalo.
He’s exactly who the Bills need once again.
