Bill Belichick is no stranger to owning multiple multi-million dollar properties. However, his girlfriend Jordon Hudson reportedly can hold up her own. According to Reatltor, the 24-year-old has purchased a few multi-family homes in the outer Boston area in December 2023.
The outlet claims that Hudson purchased three properties through separate LLCs — with her name listed as the “borrower.” According to records obtained by the website, the first Dorchester, Ma. property was purchased by Hudson for $2.3 million.
The CEO reportedly took out a $1.2 million mortgage in December 2023 for that same property. The outlet further explained that she then took another $1.2 million mortgage for a second Dorchester townhouse that cost her $2.2 million.
Prior to this discovery, it was reported that the former cheerleader had converted the townhome into three separate apartments, with one unit currently available to rent for $5,000 a month.
Details from the listing provided by Realtor share that the space includes a backyard and has recently been updated. “A condo quality white shaker cabinet kitchen with white quartz counters, stainless appliances with a large island with seating available opens into the living room with hardwood floors throughout except in the fully tiled bathrooms featuring glass shower doors,” according to the outlet.
To round off her hefty investments, Hudson reportedly purchased a $3 million home located in the Roxbury Crossing area of Boston.
News of Hudson’s impressive portfolio comes after her viral moment on April 27 on CBS Sunday Morning. While her boyfriend was interviewing with the news show, a question arised of how he met his belle. Hudson interjected before Belichick could answer saying, “We’re not talking about this.”
The moment quickly made its way to social media where many users called out the interaction. One X user simply wrote, “cringe” while another called the football coach a “fool.”
Regardless of their awkward interview, it seems the happy couple are thriving together emotionally and financially.
