Bags measuring 4.5×6.5 inches are permitted at all entry points. Large purses measuring 14x14x6 are allowed following inspections at the four main entrances (North, East, West or South Doors).
Backpacks or large totes are not allowed in the arena. There is no check-in area for oversized bags.
Medical and diaper bags less than 14x14x6, accompanying a small child, are allowed.

There are over 5,000 parking spaces available near American Airlines Center. Parking lots open two hours prior to the start of an event and remain open until two hours after an event. Overnight parking is not permitted.
Bus parking is available at Inspiration Lot. Tickets range from $40-$50, depending on the event. Other locations, like Lot F and Lot K, allow credit cards for parking.
