Pacquiao vs. Barrios, Fundora vs. Tszyu II: Start Time, Where to Watch, Venue & PPV Price

Manny Pacquiao’s comeback is official—he’ll fight WBC welterweight champion Mario Barrios on Saturday, July 19 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, streaming LIVE on Prime Video PPV. PPV.COM, which does not require a subscription, will offer Pacquiao vs. Barrios for $79.99 in the U.S. and Canada.

Yep, the 45-year-old is back for another belt… and Mario Barrios is the one defending it. The PPV card starts at 8:00 p.m. ET / 5:00 p.m. PT / 1:00 a.m. UK / 2:00 a.m. CET, with undercard fights including Sebastian Fundora vs. Tim Tszyu II, Isaac Cruz vs. Angel Fierro II, and Brandon Figueroa vs. Joet Gonzalez.

Fighters speak ahead of July 19 showdown

Pacquiao said the fire is still there. He’s still running mountains, still obsessed with boxing, and still calling himself “the challenger.” He thanked fans for accepting him again and promised a real fight, not a farewell tour. “Me and him together in the ring will satisfy the fans,” he said, adding, “Pacquiao always gives surprises.”

Barrios isn’t starstruck. He called it the biggest fight of his career but made it clear Pacquiao’s just another man trying to take what’s his. “I’m the champion for a reason,” he said. “He’s got the name, but I’ve got the belt.”

In the co-main event, Sebastian Fundora and Tim Tszyu run it back after their bloodbath earlier this year. Fundora said he doesn’t think the fight goes the distance this time. Tszyu called this his “most important fight” and promised to rewrite the script after what he admits was a mental lapse mid-fight.

Isaac Cruz and Angel Fierro also go again after their February scrap. Cruz kept it short and nasty: “He says I don’t have a chin, but I still beat him.” Fierro says he rocked Cruz before and plans to do it again.

Opening the PPV, Brandon Figueroa faces Joet Gonzalez in what might be the sleeper brawl of the night. Figueroa’s now with Manny Robles and said he’s “coming with everything.” Gonzalez called this the biggest platform of his life and plans to steal the show.

Why this matters and what could go wrong

If Pacquiao wins, he becomes a world champion again at 45. And with Canelo on cruise control, the sport’s legends still draw more eyes than its prospects. Barrios has everything to lose—legacy, belt, and legitimacy.

Fundora vs. Tszyu could steal the night, again. Both like violence. Neither likes defense. Cruz vs. Fierro is pure spite. And Figueroa vs. Gonzalez? That’s your warning shot for the rest of the night.

Top to bottom, this is one of the strongest cards PBC has cobbled together in years. And if you’re not at least mildly curious whether Pacquiao still has anything left… you’re lying.
