CHELSEA star Noni Madueke has agreed personal terms with London rivals Arsenal.
The winger has emerged as a target for Mikel Arteta after two-and-a-half years at Stamford Bridge.
And the Athletic claims Madueke has now struck an agreement to join Arsenal on a lucrative contract.
However, the Gunners are yet to open talks with Chelsea over a transfer fee.
