For some teams, it’s animation, while others tap into some of their players’ acting skills. The Jaguars, however, took the viral approach by calling on one of the biggest viral stars from 2025.
Months after former Alcorn State football player Ashton Hall went viral for his one-of-a-kind morning routine, he finds himself as the center of attention in Jacksonville’s schedule release video.

Here’s why the Jaguars didn’t need to look too far to enlist a viral star for their schedule reveal.

The Jaguars tabbed Hall to assist with the schedule release video, a play on his daily routine videos that went viral months ago.

Hall, a native of Jacksonville, Fla., helps out his hometown NFL team as he plays on his viral videos to announce the Jaguars’ opponents for the 2025 NFL season. In the video, he dumps his face in ice water, dresses up in Jaguars gear, meanders through the franchise’s practice facilities and hops on a faux business call.

Who is Ashton Hall?
Hall is a Miami-based online content creator who went viral in March 2025 for his morning routine videos.
He is an online fitness coach and is listed as a “Fitness Professional” at Worthy Coaching on his LinkedIn profile. At the time of the NFL schedule release, Hall is nearing 16 million Instagram followers.

Is Ashton Hall in the NFL?
No, Hall is not in the NFL.
Hall’s football career ended in 2015 after he saw brief action at RB at HBCU Alcorn State.
There is another Ashton Hall who is a defensive back out of Marshall, who was briefly signed by the Baltimore Ravens. But the two are not the same person, despite sharing the same name.
