Myles Lewis-Skelly trolls Antonio Rudiger with cheeky post after Real Madrid star’s horror stamp on Arsenal defender

MYLES LEWIS-SKELLY trolled Antonio Rudiger with a cheeky post after the Real Madrid star’s horror stamp.

Lewis-Skelly put in a top performance as his side sealed a dramatic 2-1 win at the Bernabeu.

And the Arsenal left-back showed he was in a cheeky mood afterwards with a brilliant Instagram post.

Captioning his snaps “Up!”, Lewis-Skelly posted several photos showing himself dominating Real’s players.

One had Lewis-Skelly putting in on a tackle on Vinicius Jr, while another showed him skipping away from Jude Bellingham and Federico Valverde.

But the next shot showed the moment Rudiger escaped a red card after appearing to stamp on Lewis-Skelly.

Arsenal’s academy product was left on the floor after a skirmish.

And Rudiger ran across Lewis-Skelly’s body before leaving a trailing leg in his midriff.

It caused the youngster to cry out in pain, but no action was taken against Rudiger for his behaviour.

Lewis-Skelly had the final laugh though as his last picture showed him sat on the tunnel steps after full-time.

The ace had a big smile on his face as he sat on his phone with earphones in, possibly talking to a family member or friend on video chat.

Fans were quick to react to the pictures.

Mark Halsey on Arsenal penalty decisions

ARSENAL won a controversial penalty against Real Madrid in the first half, which was subsequently missed by Bukayo Saka.

Real were also given a penalty, before a lengthy five-minute VAR intervention ruled it out.

But were they the correct calls?

SunSport’s ref expert Mark Halsey said: “It was two excellent pieces of VAR intervention.

“Arsenal’s penalty was the correct call. It was a holding offence by Raul Asencio on Mikel Merino at a corner.

“VAR Jerome Brisard bailed out referee Francois Letexier. The impact of where the ball was does not matter. A foul’s a foul so VAR got it right to get involved.

“Brisard was also spot on when he called Letexier to the monitor after Kylian Mbappe went down under a challenge by Declan Rice.

“It was a clear and obvious error by the French ref as Rice did not commit a foul. It was not a holding offence in this case.”

One said: “You are built different.”

Another declared: “Posting the Rudiger thing is hilarious.”

One noted: “Rudiger should have seen red.”

Another added: “How can you not love the kid.”

Arsenal went into the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie 3-0 up from last week’s first clash.

And after missing a penalty in the first half, Bukayo Saka ended up firing them ahead in the 65th minute.

A defensive blunder from William Saliba saw Vinicius Jr equaliser moments later.

But Gabriel Martinelli ensured victory on the night with a strike in the third minute of stoppage time.

Arsenal will now take on Paris Saint-Germain in the semis.

And it means Lewis-Skelly will now come up against stars like Ousmane Dembele and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Arsenal ratings v Real Madrid

ARSENAL’S heroes dumped the Kings of Europe out of the Champions League in dramatic fashion.
