The 2024-25 NHL season is finally here, so make sure you know where you can quench your hockey crave.
This season is poised to be thrilling. Between new faces in new places — yes, Steven Stamkos is on the Predators now — new teams (hello, Utah Hockey Club) and redemption arcs, there are plenty of storylines to go around.
And there are plenty of ways to watch, too. Each of the 32 NHL teams has a deal with a Regional Sports Network (RSN), while the proliferation of streaming services continues to offer additional ways to watch.
The Sporting News has you covered with everything that you need to know to watch the NHL this season.
NHL live streams 2024
Several streaming services will carry NHL games throughout the 2024-25 season.
Fans can stream games on Fubo, which offers a free trial, so you can try before you buy.
For a limited time, you can get your first month of Fubo for as low as $59.99, a $20 savings. Stream ESPN, ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC and 200+ top channels of live TV and sports without cable. (Participating plans only. Taxes and fees may apply.)
Sling will also stream nationally televised games.
ESPN+ is another streaming option, offering 75 weekly national games and over 1,000 out-of-market games to its subscribers.
